How to Grow Your Own Food and Laugh More
Cathy Nesbitt has spent twenty years championing two things most people overlook: worm composting and deliberate laughter. Together they make an unexpectedly coherent philosophy of living well.
Cathy founded her worm-composting business in 2002 and has been converting sceptics ever since — to growing food, closing waste loops and living more sustainably. Along the way she became a certified Laughter Yoga teacher, appointed Laughter Ambassador by the practice's founder Dr Madan Kataria.
The through-line is delight as a strategy: get your hands in the soil, laugh on purpose (your nervous system can't tell the difference), and let small daily practices carry the big values. An episode that's exactly as fun as it sounds, with real substance about sustainability and wellbeing underneath.
